1. Service Engagement
By engaging FortDice for technology, marketing, or operational services, you agree to comply with our professional standards and delivery protocols. Our services are tailored for enterprise and business-scale operations.
2. Use of Platform
You may use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to breach our cybersecurity frameworks, reverse-engineer our proprietary AI models, or disrupt the operational integrity of our cloud infrastructure.
3. Client Responsibilities
For successful project delivery, clients must provide timely feedback and necessary access to relevant data environments. FortDice is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation or lack of access to client-side systems.
4. Payments & Billing
Service fees are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW). All payments are due according to the agreed milestones. Delayed payments may result in the temporary suspension of active engineering or marketing support.
5. Project Deliverables
Final code, designs, and marketing assets will be released to the client upon full settlement of invoices. FortDice maintains a portfolio right to showcase non-confidential snapshots of the work unless a strict White-Label agreement is in place.
6. Modification of Services
We constantly iterate our technology stack. FortDice reserves the right to update service modules, frameworks, and support packages to ensure we are always delivering the most modern solutions available in the market.
7. Disclaimers
While we strive for 100% project success, FortDice provides services "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding specific commercial outcomes or third-party platform changes (e.g., search engine algorithm updates).
